Family Vacation: Keep Calm and Take a lot of Pictures
It’s summer time. A time for lazy days at the pool, exotic vacations and living it up like a rock star. Yeah right. If your vacations are like mine, it’s spent chasing kids, shoving them into the minivan, begging them to sit down so you can buckle them up, and shooting empty threats like, “I’LL TURN THIS CAR AROUND IF YOU DON’T STOP STICKING YOUR FEET IN YOUR BROTHERS FACE!”
Another thing family vacations all have in common…lots of pictures!
My family and I just got done with a Staycation. We decided to stay home and visit all the cool local activities that Columbia has to offer. We spent a day in Charleston (Took the kids to the aquarium and to Folly Beach) and my brother and I went on a ghost walk. We took the roadies to the State Museum and saw the Titanic exhibit and spent a day at Saluda Shoals Park. (The Kids LOVED the Splash Pad!) And we spent time at the pool. All in all, we had a great time and took LOTS of pics. I have had a ton of fun putting together some slide shows and movies for my family.
So as your summer starts to kick into high gear, be sure to take a lot of pictures and have fun. I will be taking clients starting July 2nd and the first 5 people to sign up on the 2nd will get any package at 50% off! More details to come soon! How about you? What is your family planning on doing this summer? Well, after you get back from whereever it is you go, let me know if you need some help with all of those pictures.
